The FitStop Times!!

It's Burpee time at the FitStop!! We have a new Challenge starting on Oct. 1st and running for 30 days. Challenge calendars/trackers will be available at the entrance of the gym very soon. Or you can use the one posted here.


So, why BURPEEs??


Every burpee helps to strengthen your:


Shoulders

Arms

Core

Glutes

Quads

Hamstrings

Practically a total body workout.
