11:15am Bodyweight Cardio with Tracy
4:30am Hiit with Karla (week1)
6pm Circl Mobility with Heather
Thursdays: 10am Stretch/Chi with Adrienne
Fridays: 9am Bootcamp with Tracy
4:30pm Hiit with Karla (week 2)
Saturdays: 10am Bootcamp with Karen week 1
10am Hiit with Karla week 2
