Find Your Fit--FitStop Times Vol XIII

I'm sitting in Westisle school gym watching my daughter and her team play Volleyball. There are some amazing athletes here and very skilled young ladies. However, being the observer that I am, I've noticed many girls getting super frustrated and losing momentum as soon as they make a mistake. It makes me think: if I were their coach, how would I encourage them? What would I say to help them pull up their big girl pants, try again a little harder, and smile?

Doesn't this sound a little familiar? Maybe in our own fitness journey? We get a little frustrated at a mistake, or a "lazy" day, and we loose the momentum we had once created.

What can we do?

For starters, we need to give ourselves a little grace. Maybe easier said than done. Then find someone to help us out. Help us get our MOJO back. To Find our Fit.

If you need any help or encouragement, please don't hesitate to reach out.

PSA: please wear clean, proper indoor gym sneakers.

New Challenge: Functional Fitness Challenge starts on Monday. Watch for details on FB. It's going to be good.

A Big Welcome to all new members! Please let me know if youneed anything. Remember: membership includes gym, classes, pool, and squash court.

That's all for now. Until next time,

Your coach,

Tracy
