We are upgrading our gym this month!

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20 AND 21

This is to enable us to dismantle and move old equipment and bring in the new!

NEW EQUIPMENT: The list is long, so bear with me. We will be getting (and replacing) the following:

  • Leg Press

  • Hamstring Curl

  • Leg Extension

  • Rotary Hip

  • Add/Abd 2 in one---- this is a brand new one for our gym!

  • Arm Curl

  • Diverging Lat Pulldown--- this is a new one!

  • Converging Shoulder Press

  • Converging Chest Press

  • Rear Delt/Chest Fly

  • Dip/Chin Assist

  • 5-Stack Multi-Station with attachments

There was a little mistake and we won't be getting a seated Back Row just yet. But hopefully soon.

Some new resistance bands are on their way here as well.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions and comments you've been leaving. I'm trying hard to respond to them to the best of my abilities and hopefully all needs will be met. But please remember, not every request can be realized.

Our Summer months Class schedule will be changing soon. As of September 1st we will have our updated Fall/Winter/Spring Schedule. As you know, changes can and will be made throughout the months. Thank you to all who attend classes and make it a joy for the instructors to teach!

Reminder: I offer weigh-ins and measurements. I also have a caliper to measure body fat percentage. This can be weekly, biweekly or monthly. I will keep track of all numbers for you.

Have a wonderful week.

Your coach

Tracy
