Keep Finding Your Fit--at FitStop

So, we're at that time of year when winter can't make up its mind. One thing we do know is that winter will end and spring will appear for real, but we never quite know what day that will be. Isn't that like many events in our lives? We know something will change, we just don't know when it will happen.
Hey, crazy idea here. Why don't we dive into this thought? This is the ultimate motivational blog here right now! We don't know when change will come, but.... it will.
There are a few constants in life, like seasons, that we know will come. There's the sunrise/sunset. Births and deaths. High and low tides. And, like the seasons, we have an idea of when they will happen, but no exact time. So, it can get frustrating when we start to put hope, expectations, on these times. I'll make a change after the baby is born. What if the baby is 3 weeks late? Will you keep waiting? I'll start going for walks when the snow stops. What if the snow is deep and takes a long time to melt? Will you ever go for a walk?
I am not writing this by any means to be negative. Sometimes we have to ask
ourselves these deeper questions. What is preventing us from making a change today? What is keeping us from going all in with our fitness/health journey?
Are we truly waiting for the "right" moment? Or could today be the day?
Ok, still with me?
Now, what if you already got it? You've made the change. You've made the choice to live healthy and you've been crushing it? So AMAZING! YAY YOU!
Just breathe that awesomeness in for a sec!
You must be so proud! Don't let it go. Keep pushing. Seriously. Keep pushing. Because one day, you may need to push a little harder. One day, you may need to grind a little deeper. Believe me, I know. And it's ok. It's frustrating, but it's ok.
Keep Finding your fit, folks! It's in you. You have the strength, the skills, the tools and you have your fitfamily at FitStop.

With this crazy weather, please ensure you wear clean sneakers in the gym. Also, thank you to maintenance for adding more hooks and a bench outside in the hall for your convenience.

I'd like to take a second as well to thank Jamie Adams, head of cleaning staff, as he's been good to listen to my concerns for keeping the gym as clean as possible! If you see someone cleaning up, please thank them!

I've been wanting to offer a new challenge, but with being away from the gym off and on, I haven't had time to implement one. I would like to do a little survey and contest.

INVENTORY!
I will be starting to do inventory this Spring around the gym, so I please ask you to put any and all equipment back to its original place, if you are aware of it.
