Do you use the hyperextension machine at the gym?
Some of you may be wondering what the heck that is? That's ok. I'm here to share more about it.

Primarily, it's meant to strengthen your lower back and lengthen out your hamstrings. It does do that and more! Check out this list:
It helps improve posture;
Enhances core stability;
Potentially prevents back pain;
Strengthens the posterior muscles (hamstrings, glutes, lower back) for hypertrophy, strength, or performance.
At the FitStop, we have a 45° angle machine. You can also find them at 90° .
And I have to be honest, when I saw this machine, I thought it did one thing, and one thing only. Hip hinges. I was so wrong.
you can work your obliques
you can work your glutes
you can work your core
Here are different links for you to show you the various moves:

"One day, I started going to the gym...I was very self-conscious. I only wore sweat pants and baggy clothes. But I stayed. I had decided I needed to focus on me. I wanted to be happier: physically and mentally. My kids chose to gift me a full year membership, as their way of saying: I love you Mom and thank you for getting sober and taking care of you. I am celebrating 20 years sobriety now! The gym has helped me develop a great support system! It has helped change my outlook on life. I have lost between 60-70 lbs! I eat better. I am happier b/c of the changes I have made!"
