Welcome back. It's been a crazy few weeks and I apologize for anything that has gone between the cracks at the gym.

Just after Christmas, my family and I went on a very special trip to Disney. It was so needed!

We had a wonderful time!!

But then back to work.

A week later, I started my chemo and that is playing havoc on me a little. We'll get into a routine, no worries there.

I will always have access to my email: Tracy.jones@city.summerside.pe.ca, if you need me.

But, I wanted to give some updates!

First of all: Food 2 Flourish with Adrienne is starting Jan 27th!

Please reach out with any questions!! This program is for you to get the most out of your time at the gym. You can't out exercise a bad diet. Come and learn. More info on the bulletin board and coming up in posts!

There are a few changes to our classes.

Adrienne is now offering Beginner Pilates.

Susan will be offering Intermediate Pilates

Heather will offer an evening Stretch and Mobility.

Please pay attention to my schedule as it will change week to week. I'm sorry about the inconsistency.

I received an email asking about Chair Exercises. I will look into this.

Challenge App: it has been a "challenge " for me to get this app up and running, but I do hope to have it ready for a new Challenge in February! Stay tuned.

PSA:

As always, I want to remind you to:

Please put equipment away after use.

Please wear clean footwear.

Please sign up for thegroup classes.

Thank you for your patience with my absence and know I'm doing all I can to keep things running.

“Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”
