Find your fit-Find your happy

Welcome back to the blog. I wish to take this opportunity to send you all Happy Easter greetings! What a joyous time! What a happy season it is!

Speaking of happy, what makes you happy? Wow, that is a loaded question, eh? Ok, let's narrow it down a bit. What part of exercising makes you happy? Or what kind of workout is your fit? Have you found the right one? That sweet spot at the gym?

We read so much about which workouts are best and how much to do, and that's great to know for overall fitness and wellness as we age and change. However, you know as well as I do, that given the choice, there's a particular kind of physical activity that each one of us gravitates toward. That is our happy place!

Think about it. Is it walking? Maybe running. Could it be leg day at the gym? Or planking at home? Whatever your exercise is, keep it up!

Id love to hear from you though! Email me what your go-to moves are. You never know, FitStop may just create a new workout plan for members!
