It's Valentine's Day this weekend.
Love is in the air.
Love for others.
And love for yourself.
For a lot of people, loving themselves is the hardest thing.
I'm not going to get psychological here, but I want to touch on the topic of taking care of yourself.
Adele says it best:
“I think no matter what you look like, the key, first of all, is to be happy with yourself. And then you know if you want to improve things you don’t like about yourself, then do it after you appreciate yourself.” — Adele
Loving yourself, being happy with yourself, starts with the inside. Get to know yourself. And as Adele says, then you can improve on things you don't necessarily like. Become the best version of you.
The gym is full of different people. Some have learned to love themselves a long time ago, and some are just working on it. And both are beautiful.
This is a super quick blog, but I hope the message got across.

Watch for a few changes in the class schedule. We have a new instructor joining us. Krista Hickey will be offering Body Bar starting on Tuesday, Feb. 17th at 4:30pm and alternating Tues/Wed. She will also be offering yoga in a few weeks on Mondays at 6:15pm. Date to be announced.
An in-gym challenge will be available starting tomorrow. Check the entrance of the gym for a 2-week AB challenge.
